About This Treatment
Ultherapy uses Micro-focused Ultrasound with Visualization (MFU-V) to precisely deliver ultrasound energy to three depths: SMAS layer (4.5mm), deep dermis (3.0mm), and superficial dermis (1.5mm).

Mechanism of Action
Focused ultrasound creates Thermal Coagulation Points (TCP) at 65-70°C in the SMAS layer. This thermal coagulation contracts SMAS for immediate lift. Wound healing response stimulates neocollagenesis over 3-6 months.

RCT (Alam et al., 2018) confirmed significant lift vs sham treatment. Immediate effect + peak at 2-3 months. 68-93% patients show improvement. Results last 1-2 years.
