Photofacial IPL (Stellar M22)
Broadband light for pigmentation & redness
About This Treatment
IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) emits broadband light at 515-1,200nm unlike monochromatic lasers. Stellar M22 uses OptimalPulse Technology for uniform pulse control.
Targets both melanin and oxyhemoglobin simultaneously, addressing pigmentation, redness, and vascular concerns in one treatment.
Mechanism of Action
Broadband light is selectively absorbed by melanin and oxyhemoglobin. Photothermal reaction destroys melanin pigment for macrophage clearance. Oxyhemoglobin absorption causes vessel wall coagulation and contraction.
Indications
Expected Results
