Microneedling (Collagen Induction Therapy) uses 0.25-2.5mm fine needles to create controlled micro-punctures, leveraging natural wound healing for collagen synthesis.

작용 기전
Needles penetrating the dermal-epidermal junction activate platelets releasing PDGF, TGF-β, and FGF. This activates fibroblasts to produce type I/III collagen. Three-phase wound healing (inflammation → proliferation → remodeling) forms mature collagen network over 6-12 months.
적응증
