Fractional Laser
Microscopic laser columns for skin resurfacing
이 치료에 대해
Fractional laser is based on the theory of "fractional photothermolysis," creating microscopic columns of thermal damage (Microthermal Treatment Zones: MTZ) in a grid pattern. CO2 fractional (10,600nm) is ablative; erbium glass (1,550nm) is non-ablative.
Normal tissue surrounding each MTZ enables rapid wound healing, making it highly effective for acne scars, pores, wrinkles, and skin texture.
작용 기전
Laser creates 100-300μm diameter columns penetrating from epidermis to mid-dermis. Normal tissue between MTZs serves as a "bridge" for re-epithelialization within 24-48 hours. Dermal remodeling (type III to type I collagen replacement) continues for 3-6 months.
적응증
기대 효과
25-75% improvement in atrophic acne scars after 3-5 ablative sessions. Non-ablative offers milder results with less downtime. Peak results at 3-6 months post-treatment.

위험 및 부작용
Ablative: redness (1-2 weeks), swelling, crusting. Non-ablative: redness (days), mild swelling. PIH risk for both (especially darker skin types). Post-care important for infection prevention.
