About This Treatment

Brightalive is ZO's innovative brightening product without retinol or hydroquinone.

■ Intelligent Peptide Drone Technology: encapsulated peptides delivered precisely to target melanocytes. ■ Tranexamic acid: blocks UV-induced melanin signaling via plasmin inhibition. ■ Niacinamide: inhibits melanosome transfer and promotes ceramide synthesis.

Suitable for retinol-intolerant patients and during pregnancy.

Mechanism of Action

Peptide drone technology delivers peptides via liposome-like nanocapsules selectively to melanocyte MC1R receptors. Tranexamic acid inhibits plasmin, blocking the UV→arachidonic acid→prostaglandin→melanin synthesis cascade upstream. Niacinamide inhibits melanosome transfer to keratinocytes by 35-68% (5% for 8 weeks). Three synergistic mechanisms for multi-target pigmentation control.

Indications

Pigmentation / dullnessGeneral indication (see detailed description)

Expected Results

15-week physician-led study (50 subjects, ages 30-70, Fitzpatrick I-VI): 50% improvement in skin appearance. 16-week follow-up showed significant improvements in mild to severe dyschromia.
