About This Treatment

Velvet Skin combines microneedling (Dermapen) with specialized chemical peel (PRX-T33). Dermapen creates micro-channels in epidermis-shallow dermis; immediate PRX-T33 application (TCA+H2O2+kojic acid) dramatically enhances penetration. Rapid improvements in elasticity, luminosity, and pore appearance.

Mechanism of Action

Dermapen creates 0.5-2.0mm micro-channels in epidermis-dermis, opening pathways. Immediate PRX-T33 application allows chemical peel components direct dermal penetration. TCA denatures keratinocytes, kojic acid suppresses melanin, H2O2 destroys peroxides, accelerating epidermal turnover.
