About This Treatment
Tralokinumab neutralizes IL-13 and is used for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, with or without topical therapy. It is an IL-13-targeting alternative in biologic selection.
Mechanism of Action
Neutralizing IL-13 reduces Th2 inflammation, barrier dysfunction and eczema/itch pathways.

Expected Results
ECZTRA 1/2 showed superior IGA 0/1 and EASI75 at week 16, with many responders maintaining response through week 52.
