Thiamidol / Isobutylamido Thiazolyl Resorcinol
Tyrosinase-inhibiting brightening topical for hyperpigmentation
About This Treatment
Thiamidol is a human tyrosinase-targeting brightening active used for melasma, solar lentigines, PIH and post-laser pigmentation prevention support.
It is generally easier to integrate into daily care than stronger depigmenting prescriptions, but severe melasma often requires combination therapy.
Mechanism of Action
It inhibits human tyrosinase activity and reduces melanogenesis; photoprotection reduces new pigment stimulation.
