About This Treatment

Silhouette Soft uses absorbable bidirectional cones on PLLA/PLGA sutures to suspend tissue by cone anchoring rather than barbs. It is used for midface, jawline and brow/temple repositioning.

Cone size and depth selection are central to natural outcomes.

Mechanism of Action

Cones anchor subcutaneous tissue for immediate repositioning; PLLA/PLGA degradation induces fibrosis and collagen around the thread.

Expected Results
