About This Treatment

Secretome therapy is an innovative regenerative medicine treatment utilizing bioactive components derived from mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) cultured supernatant (cell-free conditioned media). MSC-derived secretome is enriched with growth factors (FGF, HGF, VEGF, TGF-β, IL-6), cytokines, and exosomes that promote tissue repair, angiogenesis, inflammation control, and cell differentiation. Demonstrates excellent efficacy for skin regeneration, scar improvement, and age-related skin changes.

Mechanism of Action

The exosomes, growth factors, and cytokines contained in mesenchymal stem cell culture media bind to cellular receptors and activate intracellular signaling pathways. This promotes collagen synthesis, increases fibronectin production, induces neovascularization through VEGF pathways, and activates fibroblasts. Additionally, secretome components exert immunomodulatory effects, reducing inflammation and promoting the tissue's self-repair capacity.

Indications

General indication (see detailed description)AcneAcne scars / scarsPores

Expected Results

Noticeable improvement in skin texture within 6-8 weeks, with significant skin regeneration, firmness, and hydration visible by 12 weeks. Increased collagen production leads to sustained skin improvement. Repeated treatments produce enhanced results.

Risks & Side Effects

Risk of infection is low but product quality control is essential. Allergic reactions or hypersensitivity are rare but mild erythema or swelling may occur temporarily after treatment. Strict adherence to manufacturing, storage, and sterilization protocols is mandatory.
