Revision Skincare D·E·J Face Cream
Biomimetic peptide cream targeting the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ)
About This Treatment
Revision D·E·J Face Cream targets the dermal-epidermal junction (DEJ) — the "longevity layer" of skin — with biomimetic peptides.
■ Acetyl Tetrapeptide-2: stimulates collagen IV, fibronectin, elastin synthesis ■ Palmitoyl Hexapeptide-14: promotes DEJ protein production ■ Rhamnose + Silanetriol: enhances collagen IV/VII and laminin-5
Restores youthful DEJ undulation that flattens with age.
Mechanism of Action
Acetyl tetrapeptide-2 activates DEJ fibroblasts via integrin receptors, promoting collagen IV production (basement membrane). Palmitoyl hexapeptide-14 stimulates laminin-332 and collagen VII (anchoring fibrils) synthesis. L-rhamnose activates ECM remodeling signals via fucosylation. Synergistic restoration of flattened DEJ undulation (rete ridges), improving nutrient supply and mechanical stability.
