Restylane (Galderma, France/Switzerland) uses XpresHAn™ technology for uniform particle shape and natural appearance.

[Restylane] Standard filler, mild lines. [Silk] Ultra-fine particles, lips/periocular. [Kysse] Dynamic lip filler. [Refyne] Superficial for expression wrinkles. [Defyne] Mid-depth for nasolabial, marionette. [Lyft] Deep injection for cheek/jawline volume loss. [Contour] Skeletal shaping (nose, chin, temples). [Eyelight] Periocular specialist for tear trough, lower eye aging.

Mechanism of Action

XpresHAn™ technology provides uniform particle size and shape control for more natural light scattering and appearance. Beyond physical volume filling, HA degradation products activate TGF-β pathway, promoting fibroblast collagen I synthesis.

Risks & Side Effects

Injection swelling/bruising (1-2 weeks). Restylane products FDA/EMA approved. Rare vascular occlusion and tissue necrosis. Periocular injections require physician expertise in vascular anatomy. Reversible with hyaluronidase.
