PDRN/PN Post-Laser Repair
Repair protocol after laser/RF procedures using PN/PDRN
About This Treatment
This protocol combines PN/PDRN, HA, peptide or soothing topicals after fractional laser, pico-fractional or RF microneedling micro-injury to support recovery.
Korean laser-stacking protocols are popular, but heat and inflammation must be tailored to melasma tendency, skin type and barrier status.
Mechanism of Action
PN/PDRN may support A2A-linked anti-inflammatory, angiogenic and wound-repair pathways, while HA hydrates and barrier topicals reduce TEWL.
Indications
Expected Results
The goal is to reduce redness, dryness, stinging and PIH risk over days to two weeks after energy-based procedures. Cosmetic improvement depends on the primary procedure.
Clinical Evidence
Risks & Side Effects
Risks include erythema, edema, PIH and infection from the primary procedure plus allergy or irritation from adjunct products. Melasma-prone skin requires conservative heat settings.
