NAD+ IV Therapy

Direct NAD+ supplementation | Sirtuin activation and DNA repair

About This Treatment

NAD+ IV therapy injects NAD+ directly intravenously for anti-aging. Unlike NMN, direct NAD+ infusion enables faster mitochondrial function recovery. NAD+ activates sirtuins (longevity genes)—when activated, DNA repair, senescence suppression, mitochondrial improvement occur.

Particularly SIRT1, SIRT3, SIRT6 activation enables DNA damage repair (PARP), telomere protection, NAD+-dependent signaling. Directly suppresses cellular aging at cutting-edge level. In skin, fibroblast function recovers, collagen production and elastin synthesis surge. Systemic rejuvenation expected.

Mechanism of Action

Directly infused NAD+ transports into mitochondria, functions as electron transport chain cofactor. ATP production maximized. Simultaneously, NAD+ binds sirtuin receptors, particularly activating SIRT1 (nuclear), SIRT3 (mitochondrial), SIRT6 (DNA repair). Function as deacetylase enzymes, regulating histone, p53, PGC-1α and other critical proteins. DNA repair promoted, telomere shortening delayed. In skin, fibroblast energy production improves, collagen synthesis dramatically increases.

Indications

General indication (see detailed description)DNA損傷修復Wrinkles / fine lines

Expected Results

Post-NAD+ infusion, energy improvement felt within hours to days. Skin firmness improves at 2-4 weeks. Collagen production increases at 3-6 months, wrinkles reduce, texture improves. Systemic fatigue reduces, cognitive function improvement reported.

Risks & Side Effects

IV site pain, vasculitis risk. Rarely, transient hypertension. Theoretical metabolic abnormality from NAD+ excess. Discomfort from rapid blood NAD+ elevation. Long-term safety data limited.
