About This Treatment

MaiLi is a Swiss HA filler range from Sinclair using OxiFree technology. It is promoted in Europe for combining projection power with softness using less gel volume across lips, contouring, cheeks and chin.

Mechanism of Action

OxiFree processing aims to reduce oxidative stress on HA chains, producing a homogeneous gel with elastic behavior. Injection plane depends on each product rheology.
