About This Treatment
Lebrikizumab is an IL-13 monoclonal antibody for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis inadequately controlled with topical therapy, targeting itch, eczema severity, sleep and quality of life.
Local labeling, reimbursement, infection and vaccine planning must be checked.
Mechanism of Action
Blocking IL-13 dampens Th2 inflammation, barrier dysfunction and itch-related pathways.

Expected Results
ADvocate 1/2 showed superior IGA 0/1 and EASI75 responses at week 16 versus placebo, with 52-week maintenance data.
