Exosome Therapy (ASCE+)

Human stem cell-derived exosomes for cellular-level regeneration

Duration
30-60 min
Downtime
1-2 days
Sessions
3-6 sessions (3-6 wk intervals)

About This Treatment

Exosome therapy utilizes extracellular vesicles (30-150nm) derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) as next-generation regenerative medicine. ASCE+ by ExoCoBio contains growth factors, peptides, mRNA, and lipids.

Through intercellular communication, it promotes collagen remodeling, angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory effects. Synergistic when combined with microneedling or laser treatments.

Mechanism of Action

Exosomes deliver bioactive cargo (mRNA, miRNA, proteins) to target cells via lipid bilayer. Activates PI3K/Akt/mTOR pathway in fibroblasts for collagen/elastin synthesis. Induces stem cell recruitment via Wnt/β-catenin signaling. Promotes anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-10, TGF-β1).

Indications

Wrinkles / fine linesGeneral indication (see detailed description)AcneElasticity / firmness

Expected Results

ASCE+ shows early collagen deposition at day 3, dense aligned bundles by day 7, highly organized architecture by day 14. 200-300% enhanced efficacy when combined with microneedling. Effects last 2-3 months; 3-6 sequential treatments recommended.

Risks & Side Effects

Transient redness/swelling (24-48 hours). Possible bruising with microneedling. Not FDA-approved (all uses off-label). Quality varies between manufacturers. Allergic reactions (extremely rare).
