Excel V+ / DermaV Vascular Lasers
532/1064 nm vascular platforms for redness, vessels and rosacea
About This Treatment
Excel V+ and DermaV combine 532 nm green/KTP-type and 1064 nm Nd:YAG-type vascular wavelengths for facial redness, telangiectasia, rosacea, vascular lesions and post-acne erythema.
Mechanism of Action
Selective photothermolysis targets hemoglobin; 532 nm addresses superficial redness, while 1064 nm targets deeper or larger vessels. Cooling and pulse duration balance vessel coagulation and epidermal protection.
Indications
Expected Results
Redness and vessels are typically assessed after 2-4 sessions. Rosacea requires relapse management with topical/oral care and trigger control.
