Automated microneedling for collagen induction & enhanced drug delivery

Duration
30–60 min
Downtime
1–3 days (redness)
Sessions
4–6 sessions (3–4 weeks間間隔)

About This Treatment

Dermapen (Dermapen World) is the world's most widely used automated microneedling device. Fine needles (1500-2000μm) oscillate at high speed, creating controlled micro-injuries in epidermis-dermis to activate wound healing cascade and promote collagen production. Combined with serums or PRP, it dramatically enhances active ingredient penetration into dermis. Standard treatment for acne scars, pores, wrinkles, and skin quality improvement.

Mechanism of Action

16 fine needles (0.5-2.5mm adjustable) perform 1920 punctures/second, creating micro-channels in epidermis-dermis. Controlled micro-injuries release PDGF, TGF-β, and FGF cytokines, initiating wound healing cascade. Three phases (inflammation→proliferation→remodeling) promote collagen I and III synthesis. Applying serums immediately after creates up to 80x enhanced drug penetration through open micro-channels.
