CGF Therapy
From your own blood | High-concentration platelets and growth factors
About This Treatment
CGF (Concentrated Growth Factors) therapy processes patient's own blood via specialized centrifugation to create fibrin gel containing high-concentration platelets and growth factors. Similar to PRP but more concentrated, producing solid "gel-like" product that stays longer at injection site, enabling sustained effects.
Growth factors (PDGF, VEGF, TGF-β) in CGF release long-term in dermis, continuously promoting collagen production. Unlike traditional PRP liquid, gel form addresses varied skin issues from fine to deep wrinkles and sagging. Autologous blood origin means zero allergic reaction, extremely high safety.
Mechanism of Action
CGF is fibrin gel matrix from centrifugation containing high-concentration platelet-derived growth factors (PDGF, VEGF, TGF-β, FGF). Gel matrix remains at injection site, gradually degrading while releasing growth factors long-term (sustained release). Dermal fibroblasts continuously stimulated, promoting collagen production. Simultaneously, fibrin matrix itself functions as biocompatible "scaffold" promoting fibroblast migration.
Indications
Expected Results
Post-CGF injection, deep wrinkles and sagging significantly improve. Gel form extends duration vs PRP alone, reporting 6-12 month sustained effect. High platelet concentration yields high first-treatment satisfaction.
Clinical Evidence
Risks & Side Effects
Harvest pain and temporary site discomfort. Infection risk minimal (autologous blood). Rare allergic reaction. Product quality depends on extraction/processing technique.
