Cellderma Skin Plus

Skin foundation reconstruction via human ECM injection

Duration
15–30 min
Downtime
few days (mild redness・bumps)
Sessions
3–5 sessions (2–3 weeks間間隔)

About This Treatment

Cellderma (CellREDM) Skin Plus is a next-generation skin booster based on human acellular dermal matrix (hADM). It directly replenishes ECM components—collagen (Type I & III), elastin, and glycosaminoglycans (GAGs)—as 75µm ultra-fine particles into the dermis, reconstructing the structural foundation lost to aging. Unlike HA fillers, it stimulates fibroblast proliferation and enhances synthesis of collagen, elastin, and angiogenic growth factors (VEGF, FGF, PDGF), improving skin quality at its foundation. hADM is cell-free and MHC-free, minimizing immune rejection risk.

Mechanism of Action

hADM-derived ECM injection into dermis → fibroblast proliferation → enhanced collagen I/III & elastin synthesis → growth factor secretion (VEGF, FGF, PDGF) → reduced TGF-β1 (anti-fibrotic) → neocollagenesis → dermal reconstruction and skin quality improvement

Expected Results

Most patients notice improved skin density, elasticity, and firmness, reduced pores, and diminished fine lines after 3-5 sessions. In a 20-participant, 20-week RCT, hADM showed statistically significant improvements over HA controls in skin density, elasticity, wrinkle depth, pore area, and hydration.

Risks & Side Effects

Temporary embossing (small bumps), redness, and injection marks may persist for several days. hADM is cell-free and MHC-free, so immune rejection risk is very low. Shallow injection may cause prolonged bumps; deep injection into fat may reduce efficacy. Nodule formation is rare. Individual results vary; physician consultation required.
