About This Treatment

Vanquish ME is a contactless RF device using 27.12MHz selective heating. Non-contact panels treat large areas (entire abdomen, back, thighs) simultaneously.

Impedance differences cause selective fat heating (fat has higher impedance than skin/muscle), inducing adipocyte apoptosis.

Mechanism of Action

RF at 27.12MHz is selectively absorbed by subcutaneous fat (impedance ~10x higher than muscle/skin), heating to 44-45°C. This temperature induces adipocyte apoptosis, cleared by macrophages over weeks. Epidermis protected by built-in cooling.

Expected Results

4 sessions (weekly): average 4-6cm waist circumference reduction. MRI shows average 29% subcutaneous fat reduction. Peak results at 8-12 weeks. Lasting as fat cells are destroyed.

Risks & Side Effects

Warmth during treatment (comfortable to moderately hot), transient redness. Serious adverse effects rare. Contraindicated near pacemakers/metal implants. Limited efficacy for BMI >30.
