BNAJU / Re2O ECM Booster
Korean next-generation hADM-derived ECM skin booster
About This Treatment
BNAJU, marketed as Re2O in Korea, is a particulate human acellular dermal matrix (hADM) ECM skin booster. Instead of only inducing repair signals like PN/PDRN, it aims to supplement dermal extracellular-matrix components such as collagen, elastin and glycosaminoglycans.
In Korea it is positioned as an ECM booster for pores, fine lines, laxity, dryness and post-laser skin-quality rebuilding. Product provenance, tissue processing controls and local regulatory status should be verified before use.
Mechanism of Action
Decellularized hADM reduces cellular immunogenicity while retaining dermal ECM scaffolding. Intradermal particles may support fibroblast migration, ECM synthesis, basement-membrane recovery and hyaluronan production.
Indications
Expected Results
A randomized split-face study reported greater improvements in skin density, elasticity, hydration, pores and TEWL versus HA control. Clinically, 3-4 induction sessions are often assessed over 8-20 weeks.
Clinical Evidence
Risks & Side Effects
Injection pain, erythema, edema, bruising, wheals and nodules may occur. Because it is human-tissue derived, traceability, sterility and regulatory status must be verified.
