AccuTite
Subdermal RF for precision small-area lifting & fat reduction
About This Treatment
AccuTite by InMode is the smallest RF-Assisted Lipolysis (RFAL) device. An ultra-small cannula (<1mm) delivers subdermal RF to liquefy fat while stimulating collagen/elastin production.
Enables precision tightening and fat reduction in small, delicate areas (under-eyes, eyelids, nasolabial folds, mouth corners, nose, knees) that are difficult for traditional surgery. FDA-approved, performed under local anesthesia.
Mechanism of Action
RF energy is transmitted between internal electrode in subdermal cannula and external electrode on skin surface. Subcutaneous fat heated to 55-70°C induces adipocyte apoptosis (fat liquefaction). Simultaneously, dermis heated to 42-43°C promotes collagen denaturation/contraction. Built-in thermistor sensors monitor temperature in real-time for safety.
Indications
Expected Results
Improvement visible within weeks; maximum results at 3-6 months with continued improvement up to 1 year as collagen increases. Visible results from single treatment. Simultaneous fat reduction and skin tightening.
Clinical Evidence
Risks & Side Effects
Mild procedural pain (with local anesthesia). Post-procedure swelling/bruising (2-3 days). Rare burns or nerve injury (with improper technique). Infection risk. Temporary small puncture marks at insertion sites. Operator skill significantly impacts results.
