Vampire Facial combines microneedling (Dermapen) with PRP (platelet-rich plasma from patient's blood). Patient's blood drawn and centrifuged to extract PRP rich in growth factors. PRP applied via micro-channels created by Dermapen. Autologous growth factors directly stimulate dermal regeneration for fundamental, natural rejuvenation.

작용 기전

Dermapen micro-channels (0.5-2.0mm) trigger local inflammation as vessels are damaged. PRP (5-9x platelet concentration) applied releases multiple growth factors (EGF, PDGF, VEGF, IGF) from platelets. These powerfully stimulate fibroblasts, dramatically increasing collagen, elastin, HA production.

위험 및 부작용

Redness (5-7 days), swelling, light crusting. Minor phlebotomy discomfort. Infection risk very low (autologous). Allergic reactions rare.
