Upadacitinib is an oral selective JAK1 inhibitor used for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis, often producing rapid itch and disease control.
It requires JAK-class risk screening and monitoring for infection, zoster, thrombosis, lipids, liver enzymes and malignancy risk.
작용 기전
JAK1 pathway inhibition dampens cytokine signaling related to inflammation and itch, including IL-4/IL-13/IL-31 pathways.
