UltraClear is a 2910 nm erbium-doped fluoride glass fiber laser using strong water absorption for precise ablative fractional resurfacing. It is used for photoaging, rhytides, scars, dyschromia and texture.
Settings range from low-downtime cold ablative passes to more intensive resurfacing.

Prospective data evaluated three full-face and neck treatments for advanced photoaging and rhytides. Higher settings increase downtime; lower settings need serial treatment.

위험 및 부작용
Erythema, edema, oozing, crusting, infection, PIH and scarring are possible. Intensive settings require wound-care protocols.
