Ultherapy PRIME is the next-generation microfocused ultrasound with visualization platform. It creates thermal coagulation points while imaging tissue layers in real time, targeting brows, lower face, neck, decollete, arms and abdomen without surgery.
It builds on the established Ultherapy evidence base while improving visualization, workflow and treatment precision.
작용 기전
MFU-V creates thermal coagulation points at selected depths such as 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 mm, inducing collagen denaturation and wound-healing remodeling. Real-time imaging helps avoid inappropriate planes near fat, fascia and bone.
적응증
기대 효과
Immediate tightening may be followed by progressive collagen remodeling over 2-6 months. US FDA clearances expanded to arms and abdomen in 2025.
임상 근거
위험 및 부작용
Pain, erythema, swelling, tenderness, numbness and rare nerve symptoms may occur. Depth and energy selection are critical in thin or volume-depleted faces.
