Spesolimab blocks the IL-36 receptor and is used for generalized pustular psoriasis flares, a severe systemic pustular disease. This is a medical dermatology plan rather than an aesthetic treatment.

IL-36 receptor blockade suppresses neutrophilic inflammation, pustule formation and systemic inflammatory flares.

위험 및 부작용
Infections, hypersensitivity, infusion reactions, fatigue and nausea may occur. GPP itself requires systemic assessment and often inpatient-level care.
