Skin growth injection (Juvederm Voluma, Sculptra) uses PDLLA (poly-lactic acid) microspheres. Limited direct volume augmentation; instead, gradual PDLLA absorption signals fibroblasts to rebuild. 작용 기전
PDLLA microspheres (40-63μm) trigger granulation tissue formation; macrophages gradually absorb microspheres over 12-24 months.
