Silhouette Soft uses absorbable bidirectional cones on PLLA/PLGA sutures to suspend tissue by cone anchoring rather than barbs. It is used for midface, jawline and brow/temple repositioning.
Cone size and depth selection are central to natural outcomes.

Cones anchor subcutaneous tissue for immediate repositioning; PLLA/PLGA degradation induces fibrosis and collagen around the thread.

Immediate repositioning plus 1-3 month tissue integration and collagen response are assessed. Severe laxity may require surgery or combination therapy.

위험 및 부작용
Swelling, bruising, tenderness, tethering, irregularity, palpable cones, infection and asymmetry may occur. Avoid aggressive massage early.
