Restylane SHAYPE is a high-G prime hyaluronic acid filler built on Galderma’s NASHA HD technology and designed primarily for non-surgical correction of chin retrusion and lower-face skeletal support deficits. Compared with softer HA fillers, it is intended to provide stronger projection and structural support, allowing chin advancement, lower-face balance, and profile refinement with relatively small volumes.
Following approval in Canada in 2024, rollout in Brazil in 2025, and Galderma’s July 23, 2026 disclosure of a third approval in Thailand, it has become one of the more visible newer structural chin fillers in international injectables. Regional approval status remains uneven, so local market authorization must still be checked.

A dense, high-elasticity cross-linked HA gel is placed supraperiosteally or in deep soft tissue to provide forward projection and support in the mental region. NASHA HD is designed for high G-prime and shape retention, helping maintain contour support in the dynamic lower face, although depth, plane, and volume control are critical in the anatomically tight chin area.

Product-specific randomized trials have shown meaningful improvement in chin retrusion and high naturalness ratings by Week 12 after a single treatment. A 2026 comparator trial also supported effectiveness and favorable safety versus Juvéderm Volux, reinforcing its role as a high-support filler capable of strong projection with modest volumes. Most patients are assessed after one session with optional touch-up.

위험 및 부작용
Swelling, bruising, tenderness, firmness, asymmetry, and overcorrection may occur. The most important risk is vascular compromise, especially near the mental artery, submental artery, and adjacent lower-lip branches. Superficial placement can create visible irregularity or palpability, and because this is a deep-support filler, detailed anatomy knowledge and hyaluronidase readiness are essential.
