작용 기전
XpresHAn™ technology provides uniform particle size and shape control for more natural light scattering and appearance. Beyond physical volume filling, HA degradation products activate TGF-β pathway, promoting fibroblast collagen I synthesis.
적응증

Natural appearance is hallmark. Lyft/Contour lasts 12-18 months, Refyne/Defyne/Kysse/Restylane 9-15 months, Silk/Eyelight 9-12 months.
임상 근거
위험 및 부작용
Injection swelling/bruising (1-2 weeks). Restylane products FDA/EMA approved. Rare vascular occlusion and tissue necrosis. Periocular injections require physician expertise in vascular anatomy. Reversible with hyaluronidase.
