Relfydess (RelabotulinumtoxinA) by Galderma is the world's first ready-to-use liquid botulinum toxin A. PEARL Technology™ (Precipitation, Extraction, Activity-preserving Refined Liquid) stabilizes the toxin in liquid form without reconstitution.
Phase 3 READY-1/READY-2 trials achieved >98% responder rate for glabellar lines, with 24-27 week duration (~1.5x longer than traditional Botox). Approved in 20+ countries; FDA BLA accepted in 2026.

PEARL Technology™ maintains botulinum toxin A molecular structure and bioactivity in liquid state. Cleaves SNAP-25 at neuromuscular junction for sustained 6-month acetylcholine suppression. Extended duration attributed to molecular stability in liquid form and uniform diffusion pattern.
적응증
기대 효과
Rapid onset at 48-72 hours. >98% responder rate for glabellar lines. Duration 24-27 weeks (~6 months), requiring only 2 treatments per year. Very high patient satisfaction.
임상 근거
위험 및 부작용
Headache (most common), transient injection site reactions. Ptosis risk comparable to conventional toxins. Requires refrigeration (2-8°C). Not yet approved in Japan.
