Rejuran is a Korean regenerative medicine product containing polydeoxyribonucleotide (PDRN) extracted from salmon sperm. PDRN activates adenosine A2A receptors, promoting collagen/elastin synthesis, angiogenesis, and anti-inflammatory effects.
As of 2025, over 175 studies support evidence for skin quality, scar repair, and hair growth applications.
작용 기전
PDRN binds adenosine A2A receptors, elevating intracellular cAMP to activate fibroblasts. Reduces oxidative stress via SIRT1 pathway, promotes angiogenesis via VEGF, enhances collagen I/III synthesis via TGF-β1/Smad pathway. Optimal DNA fragment size (50-1500kDa) ensures efficient cellular uptake.

위험 및 부작용
Mild injection pain. Transient redness, swelling, bruising (resolves in 24-48 hours). Rare transient nodules. Salmon-derived, so check for salmon allergy (extremely rare allergic reactions).
