RedTouch PRO is an Italian 675 nm laser platform from DEKA. Its wavelength is positioned as unusually collagen-selective and is used for wrinkles, loss of firmness, dyschromia, melasma support, mild vascular redness, and superficial acne-scar remodeling as a low-downtime skin-regeneration treatment.

It gained visibility in Europe, including recognition at the 2025 AMWC awards, as an option between aggressive resurfacing and lighter tone-only procedures. It should not be treated as a direct replacement for picosecond lasers or IPL; rather, it fits mixed aging, pigment, and textural complaints where faster social recovery matters.

작용 기전

The 675 nm wavelength exploits an absorption profile spanning collagen, melanin, and hemoglobin to create submillimetric zones of thermal damage. This drives immediate collagen-fiber denaturation followed by wound-healing-mediated neocollagenesis. Integrated cooling helps spare the epidermis, and the Moveo mode is intended to broaden use in darker or tanned skin.

기대 효과

Most protocols assess improvement after about three sessions, focusing on tone, firmness, and superficial textural change. In product-specific melasma studies, three sessions improved both pigmentary and vascular components on GAIS, with durability reported at 12 months. Prospective 675 nm scar studies in Asian Fitzpatrick III-IV patients also showed significant acne-scar improvement through 6 months with low-incidence transient adverse events.

위험 및 부작용

Transient erythema, warmth, mild swelling, dryness, and less commonly pigment alteration, blistering, or superficial crusting may occur. In melasma-prone or darker skin, overly aggressive heat can trigger PIH or rebound worsening, so conservative settings and mode selection matter.
