PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) therapy concentrates platelets from the patient's own blood via centrifugation. The growth factor-rich plasma is injected or combined with microneedling.
Growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, EGF) activate wound healing cascades, promoting collagen synthesis, angiogenesis, and cell proliferation. Autologous origin means minimal rejection/allergy risk.
작용 기전
Centrifugation (3,500rpm×15min) concentrates platelets 4-8x from whole blood. Activated platelet α-granules release PDGF, TGF-β1/β2, VEGF, EGF, FGF. These stimulate fibroblast collagen synthesis, keratinocyte proliferation, and endothelial cell migration for tissue regeneration.
적응증
기대 효과
Significant collagen density increase after 3 sessions. 50-70% acne scar improvement after 4-6 sessions. Hair density increase of 20-30% after 3-6 sessions. Results appear at 1-3 months, lasting 6-12 months.
임상 근거
위험 및 부작용
Injection site swelling/bruising (3-5 days), mild pain. Extremely low infection risk due to autologous origin. Contraindicated with blood disorders or anticoagulant use.
