PRF Therapy (Platelet-Rich Fibrin)
Next-gen PRP: fibrin matrix for sustained growth factor release
이 치료에 대해
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is the next-generation evolution of PRP. Unlike PRP which uses anticoagulants, PRF uses slow centrifugation without anticoagulants to trap platelets within a fibrin matrix.
This fibrin matrix acts as a "sustained release capsule," slowly releasing growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β, VEGF, FGF) over 7-14 days versus PRP's "burst release." Combined with microneedling, single-session collagen density increases up to 89%.
작용 기전
Autologous blood centrifuged at 200-700g × 3-8 minutes without anticoagulants. Platelets, leukocytes, and growth factors naturally embed within fibrin network. As fibrin matrix biodegrades over 7-14 days, sustained growth factor release promotes fibroblast proliferation, collagen synthesis, and angiogenesis.

기대 효과
Combined with microneedling, single-session collagen density increases up to 89%. Skin tone/texture improvements last 3-6 months. Hair density significantly increases after 3-6 sessions. Clinical reports suggest superior durability compared to PRP.

위험 및 부작용
Autologous source means very low infection/allergy risk. Injection site swelling/bruising (1-3 days). Transient dizziness from blood draw. Contraindicated in patients on anticoagulant therapy.
