Needle RF (radiofrequency microneedle) delivers RF energy exclusively from needle tips via insulated microneedles. Targets acne, pores, scars by selectively destroying/reducing sebaceous glands with minimal epidermal damage. Highly effective for sebaceous gland symptoms refractory to laser.

작용 기전

RF-insulated microneedles (0.3mm diameter) penetrate skin reaching sebaceous glands deep to pilosebaceous unit in dermis. RF energy from needle tips selectively thermally coagulates and destroys sebaceous epithelial cells. Once destroyed, sebaceous glands do not regenerate—resulting in definitive acne/pore improvement. Simultaneous dermal collagen induction improves scarring.

기대 효과

60-80% acne improvement, 40-60% pore reduction in 4-6 sessions. Active acne resolves with low recurrence. Sebum secretion significantly decreased.

위험 및 부작용

Redness (5-10 days), swelling, crusting (7-10 days). Rare PIH. Punctate shallow scars from needles (resolve in months). Infection prevention important.
