Micro-fat is used for volume restoration in cheeks, temples and hands; nano-fat uses emulsified/filtered fat-derived components for under-eye, skin quality and scars. It is gaining attention after GLP-1 facial volume loss, filler dissolution and natural long-term rejuvenation.
작용 기전
Mature adipocytes restore volume, while stromal vascular fraction/adipose-derived stromal cells and growth factors may support wound healing, angiogenesis and fibroblast microenvironment.
적응증
기대 효과
Retention varies and is assessed over 3-6 months. Nano-fat is aimed more at skin quality, color and scar softening than volume.
임상 근거
위험 및 부작용
Swelling, bruising, infection, lumps, calcification, fat necrosis, asymmetry, over/undercorrection and rare embolic events may occur. Donor-site irregularity is possible.
