Melasma-prone skin requires conservative settings and strict photoprotection.
작용 기전
The 1927 nm wavelength is water-absorbed and creates superficial fractional thermal injury, driving epidermal turnover and shallow dermal remodeling.

기대 효과
Two to four sessions are assessed for dullness, actinic dyspigmentation and texture. Redness and sandpaper texture usually settle within days.

Erythema, edema, roughness, PIH and melasma worsening may occur. Photoprotection and inflammation control are essential.
