Morpheus8
Fractional RF microneedling for texture, pores, scars, and laxity
이 치료에 대해
Morpheus8 is InMode fractional radiofrequency (RF) microneedling. Small electrode pins enter the skin and deliver RF heat around the needle tips, targeting dermal and shallow subdermal coagulation and remodeling.
The standard 24-pin facial tip is described with 0.5-4.0 mm penetration plus an additional thermal profile of about 1 mm, while Body/Deep configurations can reach 7 mm pin depth plus about 1 mm thermal profile. Settings are adjusted by area, skin thickness, and skin type. It is used for texture, pores, acne scarring, and mild to moderate laxity; evidence for pigment disorders such as melasma is more limited.
작용 기전
Morpheus8 delivers 1 MHz RF energy fractionally through 12-, 24-, and 40-pin tips, creating small thermal coagulation zones along the selected needle depth rather than resurfacing the entire epidermal surface. Heat triggers collagen contraction, fibroblast activation, and collagen/elastin remodeling over weeks to months. Deeper settings can affect shallow subdermal fat and septae, so fat loss and nerve-risk management are clinically important.
적응증
기대 효과
After erythema and edema settle, firmness and texture are typically assessed progressively over 4-12 weeks. Peer-reviewed literature reports use for facial laxity, texture, pores, acne, and scarring, but much of the evidence consists of reviews, case series, and combination protocols, so effect size varies by site, setting, adjunctive treatments, and operator technique.
에너지 설정
주의사항: Settings must be selected by a trained clinician. FDA K200947 states that energy greater than 62 mJ/pin is limited to Skin Types I-IV. For darker skin types, superficial 1mm settings are commonly reduced and resurfacing tips require particular caution.

위험 및 부작용
Transient erythema, edema, warmth (2-7 days), pinpoint crusting, bruising, pain, hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation. Deeper or higher-energy settings can cause burns, scarring, fat loss, contour change, numbness, or nerve injury. Careful selection is needed for Fitzpatrick V-VI skin, melasma tendency, thin areas, metal/electronic implants, pregnancy, and active infection or herpes.
