Mole and wart removal uses ablative CO2 (10,600nm) or Er:YAG (2,940nm) laser to vaporize raised lesions. CO2 high tissue absorption allows complete vaporization in single pass. Ablated tissue can be sent for pathology.
작용 기전
CO2 infrared strongly absorbed by water; instantaneous tissue water vaporization. Tissue ablation removes lesion layer by layer. Er:YAG offers shallower ablation depth for precise removal but longer treatment time.

기대 효과
Complete removal in 1-2 sessions. Large lesions may require multiple passes. Minimal scarring; epithelialization of granulation tissue in 4-6 weeks.

위험 및 부작용
Post-treatment pain, exudation, minimal scarring, infection risk. Silicone gel post-treatment minimizes scars.
