Lumecca delivers higher-power 515-1200nm broadband light than traditional IPL, targeting both melanin and oxyhemoglobin in single pass. Rapidly improves pigmented and vascular lesions more efficiently than standard photofacial.
작용 기전
High-power IPL (40-50J/cm²) selectively absorbed by epidermal melanin and vascular oxyhemoglobin; photothermal reaction simultaneously shatters pigment and coagulates vessels. Melanin cleared by macrophages; vessel wall thermal coagulation resolves redness.

Transient redness (hours-1 day), swelling, moderate discomfort. Rare burns. Contraindicated on tanned skin.
