Lebrikizumab is an IL-13 monoclonal antibody for moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis inadequately controlled with topical therapy, targeting itch, eczema severity, sleep and quality of life.
Local labeling, reimbursement, infection and vaccine planning must be checked.

Blocking IL-13 dampens Th2 inflammation, barrier dysfunction and itch-related pathways.

위험 및 부작용
Conjunctivitis, injection-site reactions, infections and hypersensitivity may occur. Review helminth infection, live vaccines and pregnancy planning.
