GentleMax Pro Plus by Candela features dual alexandrite (755nm) and Nd:YAG (1064nm) wavelengths with Dynamic Cooling Device (DCD). 755nm is optimal for lighter skin (Fitzpatrick I-III) hair removal and pigment treatment; 1064nm treats all skin types (especially IV-VI) and deep vascular lesions. 작용 기전
The 755nm alexandrite wavelength has high melanin absorption for selective photothermolysis of hair follicles. The 1064nm Nd:YAG reaches deeper with lower melanin absorption, safe for dark skin types and effective for vascular lesions via hemoglobin absorption. DCD sprays cryogen pre-pulse for epidermal protection.

위험 및 부작용
