작용 기전
Non-insulated microneedles (0.5-3.5mm adjustable depth) penetrate skin and release RF energy along entire needle length. Epidermal micro-injuries initiate CIT, while dermal RF heating promotes collagen denaturation/contraction and neocollagenesis. Unlike insulated types, treats both epidermis and dermis simultaneously.

Moderate treatment pain (with topical anesthetic). Redness/swelling (3-5 days). Rare burns, scarring, fat loss, nerve damage (FDA October 2025 safety communication). PIH risk in darker skin. Infection risk. Proper settings and technique critical.
