Fat dissolving injections use deoxycholic acid (Kybella/Belkyra) or phosphatidylcholine (PPC) to destroy fat cell membranes. BNLS neo combines deoxycholic acid with plant-derived ingredients for facial use (less swelling). Cabelin contains 0.5% deoxycholic acid + L-carnitine for body use.
작용 기전
Deoxycholic acid, a bile acid, has surfactant properties that solubilize cell membrane phospholipid bilayers. Fat cell destruction releases triglycerides for macrophage phagocytosis. Destroyed fat cells do not regenerate, providing semi-permanent results.
적응증
기대 효과
Kybella: significant submental fat reduction in 2-4 sessions (FDA approved). BNLS: facial fat improvement in 3-5 sessions. Semi-permanent as fat cells are destroyed (unless weight gain).

위험 및 부작용
Injection site swelling (3-7 days, especially Kybella), pain, bruising, induration. Rare marginal mandibular nerve injury (transient smile asymmetry, Kybella). Experienced practitioners recommended for facial use.
