EZ Gel uses autologous blood-derived PRF/plasma; part is heated to form albumin gel and mixed with PRF components for injection. It is trending for under-eye hollows, subtle contouring and skin quality as a patient-derived option.
It is more a preparation protocol than a standardized product, so centrifugation, heating and sterility determine quality.
작용 기전
It uses PRF-derived fibrin/platelet growth factors plus temporary support from heat-denatured albumin gel. It is less structural than HA filler and aims for gradual autologous regeneration.
적응증
기대 효과
Texture and mild hollows are assessed over weeks to 3 months. Product/protocol-specific RCT data are limited, relying on PRP/PRF evidence.
임상 근거
위험 및 부작용
Bruising, swelling, lumps, infection, asymmetry and undercorrection may occur. Under-eye injection requires vascular-safety expertise.
