Ellacor uses hollow micro-needles to remove tiny full-thickness skin cores. Unlike lasers, it reduces skin area mechanically rather than thermally to improve laxity and wrinkles.

By removing sub-scar-threshold micro-cores, it aims to induce regenerative healing while physically reducing redundant skin area.

기대 효과
FDA clearance data and clinical reports show improvements in mid/lower facial wrinkles and skin quality. Post-procedure erythema may persist for weeks.

위험 및 부작용
Erythema, pinpoint bleeding, edema, and crusting are common. Post-inflammatory pigmentation and prolonged recovery can occur without appropriate aftercare and patient selection.
